Service Description

45-minute session in person only. Benefits of yoga include: improvement in sleep, reduced anxiety/stress, decrease in shortness of breath, nausea, or headaches, increase in endurance and strength. I will teach you how to relax your body during labour and delivery and breathing techniques for the pain management, care of the pelvic floor. By individual appointment - spinning baby class.
